Oxford Flow Ltd incorporating OFUI Ltd & Oxford Flow Inc (“Oxford Flow”) is a spin-out company from Oxford University which designs and develops innovative value-added engineered products and systems based around industrial applications of fluid flow.
Oxford Flow are committed to consistently provide products and solutions meet our customers’ expectations in terms of quality and delivery. We consider the external influences on our business and will regularly review how our policies and objectives align so that they support the overall business strategy in a cohesive and positive manner. The three of this policy are:
- Product Quality – ensure conformity to agreed specifications and expectations.
- Delivery Performance – Meet or exceed specific customer delivery requirements.
- Customer Service – Respond to customers within a reasonable timescale in all areas of enquiry and technical support.
Management commitment to supporting the quality system is essential to ensure the successful implementation of this Policy. Within this Policy, we are committed to operating under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management System (QMS) conforming to ISO9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 80079-34:2018 respectively. The effectiveness of our systems is reviewed on a regular basis by the management team and where necessary, changes implemented to continually improve the ability to meet our quality objectives, as well as those of our customers.
The scope of our quality policy is “the design, manufacture and supply of innovative, engineered products and systems for industrial fluid flow applications.”
By conforming to this Policy, we will meet the requirements of a continual improvement process and compliance with our statutory, regulatory, legal and other obligations. We are committed to always operate within these standards and will maintain the necessary quality approvals consistent with the requirements of legislation and of our customers.
The Quality Policy principles and objectives will be communicated and available to staff at all times, we ensure that this policy and the quality objectives remain compatible with the strategic direction and the purpose and context of our organisation. Training forms an integral part of the strategy to achieve our objectives. Meeting customer requirements and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction is an established common goal across our business.
